Shipping

Canada & U.S.:
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States. Your items are made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners.

Canadian Customers:
Some products are currently fulfilled from outside of Canada (e.g., the U.S. or overseas). While shipping is free, duties or import fees may apply depending on the item and your province. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders:
We ship worldwide! A flat-rate shipping fee of $20 CAD applies to all international orders outside Canada and the U.S.
Please note: Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply and are not included in your product total.

Fulfillment Time:
Because each piece is made to order, please allow 7–10 business days for production. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier.

Sustainability & Local Sourcing:
We’re committed to creating products mindfully. Most items are made on-demand to reduce waste and overproduction. We are also gradually transitioning to working with Canadian-based suppliers wherever possible. Thank you for supporting sustainable, artful practices and being part of our growth!


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Wearable Art & Made-to-Order Products
Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • You email us first to initiate the exchange process

📬 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Prints & Original Artwork
All prints and original artworks are final sale. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.


📦 Order Issues & Damaged Items

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Original Artwork Shipping & Damage Policy
All original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping option at checkout (if available).

If your original artwork arrives damaged:

  • Email hello@lisahau.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos of the damaged artwork, packaging, and shipping label

  • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, file a claim with the shipping provider

  • Because originals cannot be replaced, we may offer a partial refund or credit, depending on the extent of the damage and the shipping method used
