No returns or refunds. 

As most of our products are made-on-demand, it’s unsustainable to offer returns/refunds at this time. 

We do not cover refunds due to shipping carrier errors.  Buyers who input the wrong shipping address are not eligible for a refund.  Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. 

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, or have any concerns or complaints, please get in touch directly and we will do our best to make it right. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within a week after the product has been received. 

Exchanges honoured for wrong sizes only.

Please take care to check the sizing chart before making your order. 

Exchanges  will be allowed for wrong sizes ordered in apparel like hoodies and tees upon these conditions:

  • All garments must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn.  
  • Once we receive the item back, a new one will be ordered and shipped out to you.
  • Exchange shipping is at buyer’s expense. 
Since some products are created via print-on-demand, they may be shipped out from other countries, depending on supply/shipping location.  Therefore, any extra duties/taxes applied will be the customer’s responsibility.
